Our apparel and our wood Sticks do not come with any warranty or return/refund policy

Our SPARK sticks are testing through the roof  when it comes to "impact resistance".  Highly unlikely a stick check will do any damage to the SPARK.. Any lacrosse stick could break under normal playing conditions when subject to a hard cross check, even the first few times using it.  Our sticks are flexible, but not "unbreakable.  Some players have a tendency to want to test the flexibility.   WE RECCOMEND YOU DONT DO THIS!!!  They will break if you try to break them over your knee.  Due to this tendency,  and the curiosity that comes with a "Truly" Flexible stick we only offer a 30 Day limited warranty with the following terms&conditions required for return/refund. 

• Product is warranted for cracks, breaks, or bends
• We must be notified in writing emailed to cs@eaglelacrossesticks.com,  or written/typed letter mailed to address below within the 30 day (from purchase) warranty period.  
• Stick (pieces) must be returned to us at PO Box 524, Fremont, CA 94537 within 30 days of contacting us about the return
• Limited Return policy allows for refund of product price and collected sales tax.  Shipping not incl.  
• Description of why returned or how it was damaged must accompany the return, (written, typed or emailed).  (This is for our R&D purposes)
• Refund will be processed within 14 days of product return. 

I have used my stick for 4 years, through 3 adult box lacrosse seasons, 2 years of adult outdoor lacrossse league seasons, and 4 seasons coaching youth and HS.  If you treat it right it will treat you right.  If you are primarily a defensive player, or tend to cross check heavily or frequently, this might not be the perfect stick.   But if you are primarily on Offense, and want  a unique and durable stick that will add a few MPH to your stepdown, the SPARK is an excellent option.
